Job Description
Requirements:
- Support implementation of the unit’s CCoE’s policies and procedures. Monitor monitor and enforce governance standards within the SharePoint and online environments.
- Search for and capture observations, insights, and lessons from other units and individuals via nonsecure Internet protocol router networks (NIPRNET), secure Internet protocol router networks (SIPRNET) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) sites and forums.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between both Cyber CoE personnel, the Signal Regiment and JIIM partners. Train staff members on how to obtain explicit knowledge stored in knowledge networks, databases, and information systems IAW KM best business practices. Review the unit’s databases and Web sites supporting the WfF and Knowledge Centers to determine the security and relevance of content.
- Remain abreast of current and future trends in SharePoint like capabilities and content management.
- Develop a detailed plan of action and schedule for software development support implementation, subject to approval by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The plan must identify potential issues that could impede successful implementation..
- Provide software developmental support to include, but not limited to, SharePoint portal functionality analysis, workflow development and implementation, user testing, assessment mechanism implementation, workshop/meeting participation, Lunch & Learns and training of Cyber CoE users on software solutions.
- Provide a systematic approach to develop and implement Web 2.0 and other current technologies within the Cyber CoE, training and educating all key personnel, analyzing issues/problems, developing diagnosis and solution sets, and creating an environment for informed decision and improvement action.
- Provide software development support primarily focused on the SharePoint portal located on the Nonsecure Internet Protocol Network (NIPRNET), Secure Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNET) and The Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS).
- existing automated orders generation capability, common templates, functional look and feel, and ease of navigation. Solution must integrate with the Cyber CoE SharePoint portal, be flexible to utilize active directory users or SharePoint services users and be scalable to allow non-domain users permissions to use the tool.

IT Program Manager

Job Description Requirements:
- Responsible for coordination and completion of projects in support of the Cyber CoE IT Transformation.Will work in the Operations Divisions and the IT Build Out Cell.Manages deliverables, status and quality elements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide SME capabilities to all aspects of projects to include set monitors and summarizes progress of projects, builds and maintains working relationships with team members and other divisions and departments involved in the projects.
- Assist in the development of high complex solutions that support Cyber CoE’s IT Campus Buildout.
- Build a structured approach to successfully complete the project in the allotted time.
- Develop and manage written project plans, including program schedules. Effectively communicate those plans with all G6 staff, contract team members, users, and other parties involved in the project. Establish internal support for the methods used to complete the project.
- Proactively manage contract projects and scheduling issues.
- Communicate project needs, goals, and milestones with appropriate G6 Division Chiefs, Senior Management and Team members.
- Produce reports and documents in support of the Cyber CoE’s Campus Buildout.
Qualifications:
- PMP Required
Education:
- Master’s degree in an IT related field of study at least 5-10 years of professional experience, with 3 – 5 years of IT Program Management experience OR,
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field of study, with 10-15 years of equivalent work experience

Rental Car Return Agent
Responsibilities:
This opportunity is suited for someone who thrives in a very busy environment. Your main responsibilities involving meeting and greeting customers when returning their rental vehicles. You will inspect vehicles for damage and provide the customer with an invoice at the end of the rental and a full explanation of their charges. You will also assist with luggage and give general information and directions.
Main Responsibilities:
- To greet all customers with a welcoming and professional attitude at all times.
- Ensure all customers have left the keys in the vehicle and removed all of their belongings, offering assistance where required.
- Inspect all returning vehicles for damage; complete a vehicle pre/post rental inspection form.
- Ensure all sale and turn back vehicles are identified and blocked.
- Ensure all damaged vehicles have been identified, complete an ARF and ensure the damage procedure has been completed and digital photos have been taken of the damaged area/s of the vehicle.
- Issue every customer with an invoice and a full explanation of their charges, directing any customer queries to the Team Leader so that the issue can be resolved before the customer leaves the branch.
- Ensure that the check-in area is kept tidy at all times.
- Meet the Grooming Standards. Name badge to be worn at all times.
- To carry out any other duties requested by the Managers/Team Leaders such as Fuel Reconciliation, VPI scan, NVS Audits, Action e-mails from Customer Relations and other branches involving VPI/ARF/general information.

Job Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops simple figures, graphics and illustrations for use in technical materials, manuals, slide presentations, display items, and other graphic material.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
- Support all phases of project planning, design, execution and delivery.
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies.
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, web developers and marketing specialists.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have at least one year of experience, working knowledge of web design.
- Experience in multiple phases of the design process, including conceptualization, design development and final artwork for both web and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to discuss with senior military leaders and supervisors’ rough sketches and design concepts.
