Requirements:
- Business Development experience in the Staffing Industry
- Develop and execute business development strategies and programs targeted to potential clients
- Maintain, develop, and expand current business relationships between BizyBee and high profile clients
- Establish sound relationships with new partners to leverage BizyBee’s contract/Contract-to-Hire presence within various private sector Markets with the objective of expanding the business and raising the company’s profile;
- Analyze and assess business opportunities and client requirements and assume responsibility for the development of bids and proposals;
- Attend conferences, seminars, and/or networking functions for business related interests as deemed necessary by the Company.
- Deliver company presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- 2 – 5 years of sales experience, preferably selling within the Staffing Industry
- An established network of business contacts
- B.A. degree required

Business Development Associate, Government Services Department
BizyBee Professional Staffing & Biz’Ness Solutions, LLC, newly formed Government Services Department specializes in providing contract support services to several local and federal government agencies. BizyBee Professional Staffing & Biz’Ness Solutions, LLC is currently seeking to hire a Business Development Associate. Candidates should have proven experience meeting and exceeding sales goals, experience in dealing with high-level executives, strong interpersonal and communications skills, strategic management skills, leadership, and possess the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
Requirements
- Experience developing new Federal or local government business
- Familiar with selling various contract vehicles-GSA, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, etc.
- Familiar with various government resources-Deltek, FedBid, GovWin
- Perform cold calling to prospective clients in an effort to develop business contacts
- Attend client meetings and client visits
- Develop and execute business development strategies and programs targeted to potential government clients
- Establish sound relationships with new partners to leverageBizyBee’s government contract presence within various Federal and local government agencies
- Markets with the objective of expanding the business and raising the company’s profile
- Research and analyze business opportunities and client requirements

- Utilize the consultative sales approach to manage the entire sales/procurement process

Accountant
Provide technical assistance including a variety of accounting related duties, including but not limited to the following: Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly federal grant reports, including statewide claims for Medicaid and State Children’s Health Insurance Programs (SCHIP) funding. Analyze existing Medicaid management information system (MMIS) financial reports, and preparing as required, written accounting specifications for systems changes to the reports, and preparing adjusting journal entries. Recommendation of cost allocation methodologies, and drafting and/or revising cost allocation plans for statewide Medicaid and SCHIP claims to senior management and preparing other special management reports as required. Must possess a Bachelor or Graduate degree in accounting from an accredited University with a minimum of three credit hours in auditing. At least three (3) years experience examining, analyzing and interpreting accounting systems, records and reports by applying generally accepted accounting principles. Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel.
Advanced Software Specialist
Performs basic microcomputer applications using multiple software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, database, graphics, and desktop publishing without supervision.
Administrative Advanced Secretary
Acts as executive assistant and secretary to the Assistant State Superintendent where assignments call for the exercise of independent and un-reviewed judgment in making important decisions. Compose and prepare correspondence entailing a wide knowledge of the Department’s and Divisions procedures, functions and policies. Maintain and type confidential materials, including personnel evaluations and other personnel matters. Ability to interact with varying levels of professional staff.
Administrative Secretary
Provides administrative, technical and secretarial support to the Branch Chief. Reviews, edits, and corrects all correspondence, reports, training materials, and other documents to ensure the highest standard of accuracy and quality. Proficiency in WordPerfect, MS Word, and Excel without supervision.
Office Secretary III
Performs independently complex and confidential secretarial work and produces complex documents using advanced word processing software features with a minimum of supervision.
Fiscal Accounts Technician I
Audits invoices for accuracy. Makes correction on transmittal and submits to control person. Reconciles accounting systems by researching differences, tracing discrepancies to source documents, and making necessary adjustments to the FMIS system.
Fiscal Accounts Clerk I
Reviews and verifies source documents such as bills, receipts, transmittal sheets for application to proper agency accounts. Receives purchase orders; runs control tapes, creates batch cards and submits to data entry.
Stock Clerk I
Performs clerical and manual work involving the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of supplies, materials and equipment. Maybe required to perform strenuous manual labor.
