Duties Include:
- Painting skills
- Assist construct or tear down buildings
- Load and unload structure materials and move materials about in work areas
- Direct traffic at or near building sites; and carry out other activities as directed
- Maintain and plant gardens
- Assist with clerical duties
- Operate machinery for instance mowers or material breakers
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Erect and take to pieces concrete forms, scaffolding and ramps
- Construct scaffolding
- Dig trenches and place pipes or cables for drains and extra services
- Construct and maintain roads, pathways or railways
- Clean up work sites
- Shift equipment and materials
- Transfer and finish concrete
- Take delivery of materials and cargo from suppliers
- Mix, transfer and extend materials for example concrete and asphalt
- Help in drilling and blasting; plane earth using rakes and shovels
- Remove debris and trash at construction sites using wheelbarrows
- Perform other duties as assigned by overseer
Vehicle Inspector
- Daily focus on vehicle condition checks, to inspect and grade ready rent vehicles. Record failed units and have conversations with Vehicle Service Attendant on failed results and improvement plans. (Primary)
- To supervise vehicle cleanliness scoring on NPS levels and vehicle condition reports. Implement initiative to improve vehicle conditions and cleaning process. (Primary)
- Organize vehicle demand and prioritize loyalty customer request. (Primary)
- Filling and completing vehicle inventory in system.
- Record keeping of cleanliness levels and summary for management review.
- Daily huddle preparation for team
- Communication with lead Vehicle Service Attendants regarding initiatives.
- Assist in the supervision of the distribution centre in the absence of a Distribution Supervisor/Location Manager regarding operational matters
- Conduct Inventory of supplies and make orders to replenish the stock
- Communicate via radio on driver demands and movement of trips to and from DT/Landmark Hotel.
- Training of new Vehicle Service Attendant staff
- Take part in evaluating Vehicle Service Attendant employee performance
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles
- Ability to read and understand driving directions and maps
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Minimum Associates Degree (2 years) or Equivalent Industry Experience

Janitor
Job Description:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
Job Duties:
1) Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
2) Gather and empty trash.
3) Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
4) Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
5) Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
6) Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
7) Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery, using mowers and hand and power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds.
8) Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
9) Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals.
Driver
Duties include assisting with customer pick-up and delivery, cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle, checking and filling all necessary fluids under the hood, refueling the vehicle and checking tire pressure.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Customer service experience is required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time with continuous bending and twisting
- Must be available to work scheduled hours depending on the needs of the branch including Saturdays and Sundays
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle record
- Periodic MVR checks will be performed if hired.
Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Preferred Requirements :
All employment is contingent on successful completion of drug and background screening.
